Enrolling a shop helps identify candidates for review. An enrollment, scan, form, or referral does not guarantee samples, rewards, paid work, or provider status. Verified referral activity may be reviewed after a participating shop is locked in and the partner setup is confirmed. Age-gated benefits require participating 21+ locations, qualifying terms, eligibility review, and final confirmation where allowed.
